Support for patients using commercial or private insurance to pay for medication

Janssen CarePath Savings Program for TALVEY^® can help eligible patients save on their out-of-pocket medication costs for TALVEY^®. Depending on the patient’s health insurance plan, savings may apply toward co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible. Your eligible patients will pay $5 per dose, with a $26,000 maximum program benefit per calendar year. Not valid for patients using Medicare, Medicaid, or other government-funded programs to pay for their medications. Terms expire at the end of each calendar year and may change. There is no income requirement. For medication costs only; the program does not cover the cost to give patients their injections. See program requirements at Talvey.JanssenCarePathSavings.com.

Sign up or log in to the Provider Portal at JanssenCarePathPortal.com, where you can request and review benefits investigations, enroll patients in the Janssen CarePath Savings Program, and view Savings Program transactions as requested by the patient.

It is intended to supplement a patient’s understanding of their therapy and is not intended to provide medical advice, replace a treatment plan from the patient’s doctor or nurse, provide case management services, or serve as a reason to prescribe a Janssen medication.
