Certified Physicians are the only healthcare providers authorized to prescribe and administer TALVEY®. The Certified Physicians listed here have opted in to be included on this website. Therefore, others could be certified and not listed here.
Because of the risk of cytokine release syndrome (CRS) and neurologic toxicity, including immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome (ICANS), TALVEY® is available only through a restricted program under a Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) called the TECVAYLI® and TALVEY® REMS. Healthcare facilities that dispense and administer TALVEY® must be enrolled and comply with the REMS requirements, including the healthcare professionals who prescribe, dispense, or administer TALVEY®. These facilities and healthcare professionals should be trained about the management of CRS and neurologic toxicity, including ICANS.

An eligible patient is assessed for treatment with TALVEY® by the treating physician at a Certified Treatment Center in consultation with the patient's primary oncologist. TALVEY® availability is not guaranteed at the locations listed.
